These terms govern your use of Orarpix games, currently Transit Chaos: Bus Jam 3D for Android. By downloading or playing, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Who provides the game

Age

You must be at least 13 to use the game. If you are a minor where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian, especially to make purchases.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game on your devices for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the game, except as the law expressly allows.

Virtual currency and items

• The game has two virtual currencies: tickets, earned by playing, and diamonds, earned by playing or bought in packs. It also offers boosters, a "Remove ads" option and starter packs.
• Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other people or accounts. What you buy is a limited license to use them in the game.
• Your progress, including diamonds and tickets, is stored only on your device. If you uninstall the game or clear its data, it is lost. The "Remove ads" purchase is restored with the same Google Play account. Diamonds, boosters and packs, including the starter pack, are consumed when used and are not restored.
• We may adjust prices, rewards and game balance. We will not take back what you have already bought except for fraud or breach of these terms.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by Google Play and are also governed by its terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law, including the consumer protection law of your country, or by Google Play's refund policy. To request a refund, use Google Play or email us. If a purchase was not delivered, email us and we will fix it.

Right of withdrawal in Colombia

If you live in Colombia, you may withdraw from a purchase within 5 business days, under Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011. Email support@orarpix.com with your Google Play order number (it starts with "GPA.") and we will refund you within 30 calendar days. If you have already used what you bought, for example by spending the diamonds, the law allows the right of withdrawal to be excluded because the service began with your agreement; in that case we review each request.

Ads

The game is free and funded by ads. There are rewarded ads, which you choose to watch in exchange for a reward, and ads between levels. Any purchase removes ads between levels for as long as you keep the game's data; if you clear it or reinstall, only the "Remove ads" purchase brings this back. Rewarded ads remain available because they are optional. Ads come from third parties and we are not responsible for their content or the sites they link to. How ad data is processed is explained in the privacy policy.

Fair play

Do not use cheats, third-party software, modifications or bugs to obtain currency or items, and do not try to interfere with ads or purchases. If you do, we may void anything obtained that way.

Intellectual property

The game, its code, art, music, text, characters, the Orarpix name and logos belong to Jeison Daza or to the licensors of those works and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you no rights in them beyond the license above.

Availability and changes

We may update the game, change or remove features, or stop offering it. If we stop offering it, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance where possible.

Warranty and liability

The game is provided "as is". We try to make it work well, but we do not guarantee it is free of bugs or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid in the game in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law, such as Colombia's Law 1480 of 2011 or the law of your country, or any liability that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country and may go to its courts.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version here with its date. If the change is significant, we will let you know in the game. Continuing to play after the change means you accept it.
