Privacy policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This policy explains what data Orarpix games and this website process, who receives it, why, and how you can exercise your rights. It currently covers Transit Chaos: Bus Jam 3D for Android (package com.orarpix.transitchaos) and orarpix.com. If this English version and the Spanish version differ, the version that is more protective of you applies.
Who we are
Orarpix is the brand under which Jeison Daza, an individual, develops and publishes games. Jeison Daza is the controller of the data described here and handles requests and complaints about it.

Summary
- There are no accounts or sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, photos or contacts.
- We run no servers of our own: your progress and settings stay on your phone.
- The game shows ads through Unity LevelPlay. That provider receives your device's advertising ID and technical data to serve and measure ads.
- Before showing you personalized ads we ask whether you accept them, wherever you are.
- We do not sell your data.
Data stored on your device
The game stores the following on your phone, and nowhere else:
- Your progress: levels completed, diamonds, tickets, boosters and purchases made.
- Your settings, such as language.
- Your answer to the personalized ads question, with the date and the version of this policy you accepted or declined.
- A log of the revenue each ad shown generates (network, format and estimated amount), which is not sent to any server.
We do not receive any of this data. It is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data in Android settings.
Ads
Transit Chaos shows two kinds of ads: rewarded ads, which you choose to watch in exchange for a reward, and ads between levels. Anyone who makes any in-game purchase stops seeing ads between levels for as long as they keep the game's data. If they clear it or reinstall the game, only those who bought "Remove ads" get this back, because that purchase is restored from Google Play.
Ads are served by Unity LevelPlay (formerly ironSource), a mediation platform from Unity Technologies, with Unity Ads as the ad network. To select, show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, these providers collect directly from your device:
- Your Android advertising ID.
- Your IP address and the approximate location derived from it (country or city, never precise location).
- Device data: manufacturer, model, OS version, language, carrier and connection type.
- Your interaction with ads: which ones are shown, whether you finish watching them and whether you tap them.
Unity processes this data under its own Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. If we add other ad networks in the future, such as Google AdMob, we will list them on this page before enabling them.
Personalized ads and your consent
The first time you open the game, it asks whether you accept personalized ads. This is the authorization required by Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and the consent required by the GDPR and other laws. If you say no, you will see generic ads that are not based on your activity in other apps. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy inside the game. If we change this policy in a way that affects ads, we will ask you again.
Your answer is also applied as the "do not sell or share" signal under US state privacy laws. The answer, its date and the policy version are stored only on your phone, with the rest of the game's data. If you clear that data or reinstall the game, we will ask you again.
In any country you can limit personalized advertising from Android: in Settings → Privacy → Ads you can reset or delete your advertising ID.
In-app purchases
The game offers diamonds (a virtual currency), boosters, a "Remove ads" option and starter packs. Payments are processed by Google Play. We never see your card or Google account details; Google only confirms to us that the purchase went through. Google processes that data under its privacy policy.
Emails you send us
If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply. We keep that conversation until your request is resolved and for at most 24 months afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
This website
orarpix.com uses no cookies, analytics or third-party services: fonts and images are served from the site itself. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which logs your IP address and technical browser data to serve the pages and protect them from abuse, under its privacy statement.
Legal bases
If the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR or Swiss law applies to you, we process data on these bases:
- Performance of a contract, so the game works, saves your progress and delivers what you buy.
- Consent, for personalized ads. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interests, to show generic ads that fund the free game, cap how often you see the same ad, and prevent fraud.
International transfers
Unity and Google may process data in the United States and in countries other than yours. These companies apply safeguards recognized by law, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Children
Transit Chaos is not directed at children under 13 and is flagged as such to ad networks. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on the law where you live, such as Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012, the GDPR or US state privacy laws, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict or port your data. Because we have no servers or accounts, the only personal data we hold about you is any email you have sent us.
To exercise your rights, email privacy@orarpix.com. We answer requests for information within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days, as Colombian law requires, or sooner if your law sets a shorter deadline. You can also complain to Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce or to the data protection authority in your country.
Some US state laws treat using the advertising ID for personalized ads as "sharing" data. To opt out, answer "no" to the game's personalized ads question (or change it in Settings → Privacy), which the game applies as a "do not sell or share" signal. You can also delete your advertising ID or email us.
How to delete your data
There are no accounts to delete. These are your options:
- Game data on your phone: uninstall Transit Chaos, or go to Android Settings → Apps → Transit Chaos → Storage → Clear data. This deletes your progress, settings and ads answer. The "Remove ads" purchase is restored with the same Google Play account; diamonds, boosters and packs are consumed when used and are not restored.
- Advertising data: delete or reset your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. To ask Unity to delete data linked to your device, follow the instructions in its privacy policy, or email us and we will help.
- Emails you sent us: email privacy@orarpix.com from the same address and we will delete them within 15 business days.
Security
We keep the data we process to a minimum, which is the best protection. The game's connections to ad providers are encrypted.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date. If a change affects how we use data you consented to, we will ask for your consent again in the game.
